new purchaser

I just purchased this software to start my own dating site.....I have asked php to do the installation.
My question is....has anyone else had this done, and how do you access it or edit it and how do you publish it to the web?
I have asked and asked php, but they ignor my questions...they told me to originally just log in to download the script, and 12 emails later told me how....so they are not good at customer support
Maybe it is me that is the problem...so
can anyone help me get my site up and published?
