The admin can create modify the templates for email that will be sent to communicate with members. The system will allow different templates for registration reciprocation email, forgot password mails, renewal alerts, other member communication, notices etc.
On-the-fly new page creation
With MyPHPDating you don’t need to be a HTML expert to add new pages to your dating site. The Administrator can create a new page by just typing in the page content text and the system generates a page conforming to the current site look and feel , and to take the burden further off your shoulders adds a link to that page in the navigation controls on each page.
Ad Banner Management

Core Dating Features

Membership Levels Management
The membership levels, the cost, validity duration as well the available features for each can be controlled by the administrator. The administrator is able to add/edit /delete membership levels , the cost of registration for the level, the duration for which the membership for the level will be valid, the available features enjoyed by members belonging to the level ( by selecting from the list of controllable features ,some options yes/no only others with a value). The features that the admin will be allowed to choose for a particular membership level are:

Profile Picture
He can set the no of pictures that a member of that level can upload
Profile Video
He can set the no of videos that a member of that level can upload
Profile Sound
He can set the no of sound files that a member of that level can upload
Member Invitation
He can set the no of other members that a member of that level can invite
Internal Email
Internal emails can only sent to friends or to invite other members. The no. of mails that can be sent for a particular level will be regulated by the admin
Chat
He can set the no of one-to –one(private) chats that a member of that level can have
Forum Posts
He can set the no of forum posts that a member of that level can make
Blog Entries
He can set the no of blog entries that a member of that level can make
Picture Gallery
He can set the no of albums that a member of that level can have and also the number of pictures in a gallery.

Apart from these features, purchasable add-on items (that can be purchased by the member of that level with extra cost) will be available to choose from and added as add-on facilities for that membership level. The admin can choose to create an add-on for a membership level by selecting a feature from the above-mentioned list, adding a new value and a purchase price. These add-ons will be available to the member to buy from his member area as add-on features.

    Member Registration:
        The member can select to register as a member of a particular membership level for the site. The features, cost duration and available add-ons will be shown to the user while he registers from the membership levels set by the admin. Once he selects a membership level (with /without add-ons) he has to checkout and pay .The system supports a host of payment methods e.g. from paypal to check payment with provisions for credit card checkout. To prevent automated submissions, security images are kept.

    Member Profile fields management:
        MyPHPDating provides a lot of scope for the members to put up as much as info they want to post to describe their looks, inclination and preferences-the default member profile fields has been in that way. If you think that’s not enough to meet your site specific needs, MyPHPDating allows you to create custom profile fields as a site administrator. The custom fields can be added by the by giving the field a name, the entry control type (textbox, textarea, drop-down etc.), and display control type, size and default/selection values.

    Activity rich-Member Area:
        It’s the abundance of member activities that keeps your customers glued to your dating site. Keeping that in mind, MyPHPDating has created a activity rich member’s area only accessible via a secure login to the authorized person. The member activity tools include:

See Me
Profiles can be more attractive with a picture that creates the first impression. The ‘See Me’ tool allows user to upload his pictures and the system creates a thumbnail out of it authomatically. The administrator can fully control the number of pictures a member can upload, or block a See Me picture if he finds it abusive or disturbing.
Hear Me
The first impression can be enhanced with a sound effect. Hear Me tool allows the user to upload audio introductions which are automatically tagged to their profile. The administrator can fully control the number of audios a member can upload, or block a Hear Me audio if he finds it abusive or disturbing.
Watch Me Move
This tool combines the sights and sounds to make a bigger impact. It lets users upload video introductions which are tagged to their profile. The administrator can fully control the number of videos a member can upload, or block a Watch Me Move audio if he finds it abusive or disturbing.
My Favorites
This tool allows a member to shortlist other members with whom he/she wants to communicate later.
Flirty Kisses
this tool allows the member to send kisses to other members either to initiate contact or to show that the sending member is interested in him/her
My Invitations
This tool allows a member to invite another to join him as a date buddy. The member, to whom the invitation is send, will receive it as received invitations showing the message, the sending member details and an option to accept or deny the invitation.
My Date Buddies
When a member accepts an incoing date buddy invitation he/she is added to the senders date buddy list..also the sender gets a place in the receiving member’s buddy list.
Knock Out
It is a tool that a member can use to block an annoying member. If a member blocks another, the blocked member cannot communicate with the blocking member in anyway
My Mailbox
This tool is a full fledged internal email system with inbox, outbox, trash folders, new mail alerts etc. Internal emails can only sent to friends or to invite other members.
Chatterbox
Chatterbox is a full fledged chat program which allows Group chat in chatrooms, one-to –one(private) chats ,allowed tags(HTML)[to be set by admin],bad words filter[to be set by admin],smileys etc.
Heart Speaks
Heart speaks is a full fledged forum where members can speak their hearts out. Category based posts, message threads and a post searcher tool makes it a pre-integrated full fledged forum and leaves you without the need to integrate a third party forum script with your dating script.
IBlog
IBlog is a blogging tool for members that stop the need of integrating a third party blogging script in MyPHPDating.
Love Bird
The love bird allows a member to set his match preferences and love bird brings him matching profiles at regular intervals. Even when the member is off the site.. love bird drops a mail in his id and sends him the matches.
My Web Album
Web Album allows a member to create web picture albums. To make the albums viewable easily MyPHPDating has categories under which the album ca be placed. To add a personal note, each picture in an album comes with the provision for providing a suitable caption to the image.

Profile content and activity Moderation:
It is up to the administrator to keep his site clean from abusive and irrelevant content. MyPHPDating allows the administrator to moderate the publicly viewable contents of a members identity by allowing him to block /allow the following contents in a members profile:

Profile Pictures
he can block a member from publishing any abusive picture
Profile Audios
he can block a member from posting an abusive or irrelevant audio
Profiles Videos
He can block a member from putting up any vulgar or abusive video

Apart from these profile contents he can block Heart Speaks Forum posts, I Blog entries, Web Album Pictures or even suspend a member from any activity

Member Search:
It doesn’t matter if your site members wants to find other quickly or slowly and precisely.. MyPHPDating will make both types happy. For the quickies it has a quick search for a more generic search and an advanced search for entering more detailed search parameters for the slow and precise. Settings from the advanced search can be saved as the basis of periodic reports (Love Bird) which the system will send at regular intervals to the member giving him the list of members matching his search criteria. And that not all! If distance dating is a factor for your member, we have a full circle distance search for him. To search for members from US and Canada, a search to find out members located within a certain distance from a given Zip code is available while members from other countries a city based distance search is available which covers all the major cities all around the globe.
